HSE Announces Intention to Acquire On-Site First Aid Services Company in Ft. St. John, B.C.

NEWS RELEASE – October 4, 2005

HSE Integrated Ltd. (“HSE” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent (“LOI”) to acquire the shares of 595073 B.C. Ltd. which provides on-site industrial first aid services under the name Sutherland’s First Aid and Oilfield Services (“Sutherland’s”).

Jackie Sutherland, the founder and sole shareholder, has agreed to join HSE in its Ft. St. John location and assist in providing quality industrial first aid services to Sutherland’s and HSE’s clients. The all-cash transaction at an undisclosed purchase price will close as quickly as possible. Sutherland’s was founded in 1999. All employees of Sutherland’s will be offered continued employment and HSE.

“On-site industrial first aid has been the fastest-growing component of the oilfield safety services package for the past few years. With Sutherland’s, HSE gets more capacity and clients in the active B.C. market. Because Jackie Sutherland will be joining the HSE team, we will continue to service her clients in the quality manner to which they have become accustomed and enhance HSE’s capabilities in this important service.”
