President/C.O.O. Resigns To Pursue Other Opportunities
NEWS RELEASE - May 31, 2010
HSE Integrated Ltd. (“HSE” or the “Company”) announces that effective June 4, 2010, James M. (“Jim”) Hill will be resigning as President and Chief Operating Officer to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Hill will remain as a member of HSE’s Board of Directors. Glenn Roberts P.Eng., currently Executive Vice-President of Western Operations, will assume the position of Chief Operating Officer responsible for all company operations. David Yager, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will assume the additional position of President which he held prior to Mr. Hill being appointed to that position in 2007.
David Yager had the following comments on Mr. Hill’s career change.
“Jim Hill has been involved with HSE as a director since the Company was restructured and refinanced in October of 2003 and has been an operating executive since October 2005. He has made a significant contribution to our success. However, he has been presented with a compelling career opportunity he has chosen to pursue. We appreciate his contributions in the past 6.5 years and wish him the best in his new endeavor.”
